However, since our vendors do pay to compete for your business, we ask that you be considerate and return their phone calls and emails. |

 | What does QuoteCatcher.com do?We collect requests for quotes from buyers via forms on our website. We then call the buyers and send the leads that meet our qualification or verification criteria to you. Once you receive the lead, it is important that you call the buyer as soon as possible to discuss their project requirements.
We spend large sums of money each month to attract businesses that need your services. Many people click ads to visit our site, but do not request quotes. Of those that do request quotes, many of those do not meet our criteria for a qualified or verified lead; therefore, we reject a large percentage of requests.
The value of QuoteCatcher.com is that we skim the cream off the top and provide those leads to you for a reasonable cost. This saves you the time and money associated with pursuing leads that may not even be looking for your services. |
 | Why should I use QuoteCatcher.com?QuoteCatcher.com is an inexpensive way to get qualified leads for the services you provide. Buyers who submit a request for quotes are looking for your services and are expecting you to contact them right away. We personally call each lead to discuss their project requirements, budget, timeline and to set expectations. And if a bad lead gets past our rejection process, we'll credit your account for the cost of the lead.
Customer service and customer satisfaction are two of our main concerns. This is why we offer a Lead Guarantee! We also offer a robust administrative interface via the Seller Dashboard. This tool allows you to update lead statuses and comments, view account balances and invoices, adjust category settings, etc. You can also tell us how many leads you want to receive each month and temporarily stop them when you will be out of the office or otherwise unavailable to accept leads. You can even receive lead alerts on your mobile phone!
We also offer a QuoteResponder email at no additional cost that can be automatically sent to buyers immediately after a lead is assigned to you. |
 | What is the quality of the leads?Our goal is to help you create connections so that you can use your sales skills to close a deal today, tomorrow, next week or even next year. With that said, not all leads are created equal. Some buyers are more serious than others and some are more urgent than others.
For Qualified leads, we do guarantee that the buyer is a real person with a real project and that you will be able to contact them. We personally call each lead to review their project, budget, timeline and to set expectations. However, if a bad lead does make it through to you, we will credit your account for the cost of the lead. See our Lead Guarantee and our Lead Credit Policy for more details.
We also offer Verified leads at a much lower cost. These leads did not meet our qualification criteria for any number of reasons, but can still be considered valid leads. You can review the differences between Qualified and Verified leads here. |
 | Can I get a credit for a bad lead?Yes, but only for Qualified leads. If the buyer provided both an incorrect phone number and email address, or if the buyer completed a form asking for one service but intended a different service, your account will be credited for the cost of the lead. The credited lead will show up as a "Lead Credit" on your invoice.

 | How much do the leads cost?We offer 2 types of leads: Qualified and Verified.
Qualified Lead fees are tied to the project budget. You can view our lead fees on our Pricing Sheet. You will be charged for EACH lead. There is also a nominal $49 annual account maintenance fee.
Verified lead fees range in price from $5 to $10 depending on the Industry. These leads are lower quality, which is why they are less expensive. |
 | How is QuoteCatcher.com different from a Mailing List?Our leads are not cold! A mailing list is a list of company names and numbers for businesses that may or may not need your services. QuoteCatcher.com provides specific project details and contact information for companies that are actively seeking your services. The buyers that request quotes on our site are waiting for you to call them. |

 | Why do you charge a $49 Annual Account Maintenance Fee?This nominal $49 annual account maintenance fee helps pay for the cost of the following activities:
- Setting up the initial profile and training sellers how to use the site
- Ongoing profile adjustments
- Re-calling and interviewing leads due to credit requests
- Seller related software improvements to the site

 | Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? |
 | What geographic areas do the leads come from and can you target specific areas?
We are presently only providing leads from the US and Canada. Other countries will be included in time. If you only want leads from a specific geographic location, please let us know and we will provide you leads only from that area. |
 | Will others be receiving the same leads?Yes. We send each Request for Quotes to 5 sellers or less. Our service allows buyers to receive up to 5 competitive price quotes, which is why they fill out our request for quotes forms.
Sending leads to multiple sellers also allows us to keep our lead fees at a reasonable cost. If we sent the leads to fewer vendors or provided exclusive leads, we would have to charge substantially more for each lead, potentially making them cost prohibitive.
Sales is a numbers game. Most successful sellers close between 10% and 30% of the leads we send them. One of our clients closed a job that was so large they told us they could pay for our service for the next 100 years without closing another job!
How successful you are is largely dependent upon 3 factors: price, service and rapport. If you offer a quality service at a competitive price and you are able to build rapport with the buyer, you will do very well with our service. |
 | How does QuoteCatcher.com get RFQ's?We attract buyers using different forms of online advertising. |
 | How many requests for quotes do you receive each month?The number of requests vary greatly between categories and the number of leads you will receive depends on how open or restricted your profile is. If you wish to receive leads that meet specific criteria, it will limit the number of leads we can send you. You may request as many leads as you would like and we will send them to you daily. You will only be charged for the leads you receive. |
 | Who is Colorado Innovations and why is it on my credit card bill?Colorado Innovations is the holding company for QuoteCatcher.com. Some older credit card transactions may say Colorado Innovations instead of QuoteCatcher.com |
 | Is there a minimum number of leads I must purchase?Yes. The minimum number of leads you must purchase per month is 5 per category. This is approximately one lead per week. You can pause leads at anytime if you will be unavailable to respond to them. |
 | For which categories does QuoteCatcher.com supply leads?We are currently suppling leads for the categories displayed on our home page. If your category is not listed, please let us know about it through the Contact Us form and we will contact you when we open your category. |
 | Why can't I have access to the QuoteCatcher.com sellers for references?All bids are sealed. This means that no Seller knows who else is competing for the job. This is why we cannot provide Seller references. |
 | Can I stop receiving leads or inactivate my account at any time?Yes. For Qualified leads, you can "Pause" them for an individual category or for all categories at any time. This is useful if you will be out of the office or otherwise unable to respond to RFQ's. You will not receive leads until you "Activate" the leads for one or all categories.
For Verified leads, if you choose to pause your leads, your slot will be given to the first vendor on the Wait List for your category. If you decide to reactivate your Verified leads, you will be placed at the bottom of the Wait List.
You will be charged only for the leads you receive. If you are inactivating or canceling your account you must pause your leads and then submit a request to close your account through the Contact Us form. In some cases, we may be able to change the types of leads you get to better fit your company's needs, so please talk to us first. You can speak to support by calling 720.257.7902. |
