Sometimes prospective clients ask us for references; unfortunately we cannot provide references because all bidding is sealed. Sealed bidding means each Seller does not know who the competitors are. If we provided references, then new Sellers would know who they are competing against and would adjust their quotes to unfairly win jobs.
