QuoteCatcher® Terms and Conditions
The term “RFQ” refers to a “Request for Quote.” The term “Seller” refers to companies who have registered and opted to receive RFQ’s from QuoteCatcher.com. The term “Buyer” refers to individuals or companies that submit RFQ’s through QuoteCatcher.com.
By accessing or using any areas of QuoteCatcher.com, you are bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as the terms of our Acceptable Use Policy , Lead Credit Policy and our website Privacy Statement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this website or its services. We retain the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting new terms and conditions on this page.
Services
QuoteCatcher.com connects Buyers who need RFQ’s with Sellers who provide competitive bids.
Although the goal of QuoteCatcher.com is to help Buyers find the perfect match for the services they need, QuoteCatcher.com is not responsible for the relationship or any transactions between the Buyer and the Seller. QuoteCatcher.com is not responsible if either party misrepresents themselves, therefore, due diligence is recommended before a purchase of a product or service is made.
In the event that a disagreement or legal action is taken between the Buyer and the Seller, both parties herby agree not to hold QuoteCatcher.com responsible in any way, and release QuoteCatcher.com and our employees and agents from any damages, claims, consequential damages, incidental damages of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, disclosed or undisclosed arising from or in any way connected to the company or private parties requesting a quote for services, or the company offering the services.
Buyers - Companies or private parties requesting a quote for products or services
You agree that by completing a Request for Quote, that you are entering into a business relationship with QuoteCatcher.com and the companies providing quotes for service and thus agree to be contacted by QuoteCatcher.com and the companies responding to the RFQ. You acknowledge that these companies can contact you regarding your request for a quote via email, phone, fax and or mail, and that you are expressly consenting to such contact by them and/or QuoteCatcher.com.
QuoteCatcher.com will attempt to provide up to 5 (five) quotes; however, we are not responsible if you do not receive quotes from all five companies or if less than five companies meet your criteria.
QuoteCatcher.com reserves the right to discontinue your request if it is not for the explicit use of requesting a quote for purchase. Hacking, fraud, advertising, competitive intelligence and spamming will not be permitted. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Sellers - Companies providing a product or service
The seller agrees to respond to the request for a quote within two business days of receiving the request.
The Seller will consider the information for the requestor as confidential and will not discuss the information out side your company unless as it directly relates to providing the quote.
The Seller will not receive quotes under one product or service only to cross sell a different product or service.
The Seller agrees to a nominal $49 annual account maintenance fee and pre-authorization of credit card charges for any fees and weekly or monthly charges for leads.
The Seller agrees that this service is automatically renewed. To stop the account the seller must pause the account. Quotecatcher.com does not offer any trials of the service. The Seller may pause the account at any time.
The Seller is responsible for contacting QuoteCather.com within 3 (three) days of a change in credit cards. If your credit card is rejected for any reason, including not enough funds, the service will stop until the credit card is changed or can be charged.
The Seller agrees that each week and end of the month the credit card may be charged for the weekly amount of quotes sent to your account and the annual account maintenance fee.
The Seller sets the number of quotes requested per month. This number is reset at the end of each month. For example if 10 leads were requested and 6 were provided then and the end of the month the account is set back to 10. The number of quotes can be changed at anytime by the Seller.
QuoteCatcher.com is not responsible if the email alert of an RFQ if not received. This includes blocking of emails from Spam filters, email hosting company filters, internet service provider email filters, corporate email filters, internet failure or delay in email, etc.
Financial refunds to your credit card are not permitted. All credits are in the form of a credit to your QuoteCatcher.com account for use on a future quote see the Lead Credit Policy one when you can get a credit on a lead. When canceling your account, If the Seller prepaid for leads the amount not spent is refunded to your card. The setup fee is non-refundable.
Permission to Use this Website
Many portions of this website are available for public viewing and use. You must register or enter into a separate agreement with QuoteCatcher.com to access other portions of this website. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth on this page, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Statement, and the terms and conditions of any license or other agreement pursuant to which you use our products or services, QuoteCatcher.com grants you permission to do the following: (i) view and use for intended purposes those portions of this website to which we have granted you access; (ii) make one complete, unaltered electronic copy and/or one complete, unaltered paper copy of any page on this website to which we have granted you access, provided you retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices and that you use it solely for personal or internal business purposes and do not distribute or republish it; (iii) obtain our products and signup for our services, subject to payment of all applicable charges and agreement to the terms and conditions of any license agreement or other agreement associated with those products and services; and (iv) use the discussion forums, contact lists and e-mail links to which you have been granted access to interact with QuoteCatcher.com and other users of our products and services in ways that do not violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
