- We advertise heavily to get buyers to Request Quotes;
- We call every buyer to discuss the project and to ensure the request meets our qualification criteria: Real Company, Real Person, Real Project and Realistic Budget;
- If the buyer provides additional information or clarification, we add it to the Request to help you in the quoting process;
- The RFQ is then sent to no more than 5 sellers;
- The QuoteResponder sends your email message instantly to the buyer if you desire, at no additional fee;
- You then review the RFQ, contact the buyer, and then submit your formal quote directly to the buyer;
- The buyer then reviews the quotes and chooses the bid and seller that best meets his or her needs.
