Qualified Leads vs. Verified Leads

Many of our clients have asked for the leads that do not meet our qualification criteria, so we now offer these leads at a substantially lower price ranging from $5 to $10 per lead. Because these leads are so inexpensive (the cost of approximately 2 or 3 clicks on Google ads), we do not offer credits for these leads.

We consider a lead "verified" when it meets the following criteria:

• The contact information appears to be valid, but we are unable to verify the information through our screening process
• The buyer but did not match a seller's qualified lead profile; or
• The buyer did not qualify or had unrealistic expectations (e.g. project starts in 4 months, budget did not fit project, business is a startup, etc.); or
• The buyer only wanted to be contacted via email.

We consider a lead "qualified" when it meets the following criteria:

• We were able to verify the information received from the site visitor through our screening process
