Our Qualified Lead Acceptance Criteria

We speak to every buyer to validate their phone number and to qualify the content of their request.  When reviewing the request for quotes and when speaking with the buyer, we apply our Lead Acceptance Criteria to determine if the lead should be sent or rejected.

Lead Acceptance Criteria for Real-Time, Qualified Leads:

  1. Real Business - the lead must be for a real business, organization, government agency, etc.
  2. Real Person - the lead must be for a real person who is responsible for the project, or who is responsible for gathering the quotes for the project.
  3. Real Project - the lead must be for a real project and the project must involve activities relating to the Lead Type.
  4. Not a Competitor - the lead is not for a competitor who is price shopping the competition.
  5. Acceptable Lead Type - the lead is for a Lead Type that you have specified in your Lead Profile.
  6. Acceptable Service Region - the lead is for a Service Region that you have specified in your Lead Profile.

If a lead does not meet our Lead Acceptance Criteria, it will not be sent.
